LCPR Convenes Probation Officers and 911 Telecommunicators Pension Plans Work Group
The LCPR convened a work group for the purpose of creating pension plans for probation officers and 911 telecommunicators. The work group is mandated by Laws 2025, Chapter 37, Article 17.
The Work Group, co-chaired by Anne Finn and Scott Vadnais, just completed its 9th meeting on November 25th and no additional meetings are scheduled. Work Group members are now preparing the report and LCPR staff is drafting proposed legislation. The Work Group agreed to report drafting assignments, which are due to LCPR staff by December 5th.
