  2. Approval of May 17, 2025 meeting minutes. ‑ Approved

  3. Introduction of the new LCPR Commission Assistant
    • Mollie Pierson joined the LCPR staff in August 2025
    • Lisa Diesslin retired on September 3, 2025

  4. Annual Update by the Commission actuary, VIA Actuarial Solutions
    • Mark W. Schulte, FSA, EA, MAAA, President and Consulting Actuary

    • Annual Updates by the Pension Fund Executive Directors
      • Erin Leonard, Minnesota State Retirement System (MSRS)
      • Doug Anderson, Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA)
      • Tim Maurer, Teachers Retirement Association (TRA)
      • Phill Tencick, St. Paul Teachers Retirement Fund Association (SPTRFA)


PUBLIC TESTIMONY: If time permits, the Chair may allow testimony. Persons interested in testifying must email Mollie Pierson at mollie.pierson@lcpr.mn.gov by 5:00 PM on Monday, February 23, identifying the specific agenda item on which you would like to testify, your name, organization, and title, email address, and phone number. Testimony is limited to the items on the agenda.
