  1. Approval of April 22, 2025, meeting minutes.

  2. SF 1986 (Kupec); HF 1779 (Wolgamott): PERA and MSRS General plans; Authorizing an unreduced early retirement annuity for probation agency employees at age 60 or 35 years of service (laid over from the March 25 meeting).

  3. SF 3467 (Rasmusson/Frentz): Making corrections and clarifying changes to pension and retirement statutes.

  4. 2025 Omnibus Pension and Retirement Policy Bill.


PUBLIC TESTIMONY: **Because public testimony was taken when the bills for agenda items #2 and #4 were previously heard, no additional testimony will be taken.** To testify on an item that has not previously been heard, email lisa.diesslin@lcpr.mn.gov by 5:00 PM on Monday, May 5, identifying the specific agenda item and/or amendment on which you would like to testify, your name, title, and organization (if applicable), email address, and phone number. Testimony is limited to the items listed on the agenda.
