  1. Approval of April 22, 2025, meeting minutes.

  2. 2025 Omnibus Pension and Retirement Bill.
    • Delete-everything amendment S2884-DE1. The delete-everything amendment contains the language of the bills passed by the Commission as of the April 22, 2025, meeting.

    • Amendment S2884-2A (Secure Choice Retirement Program - passed by the Senate State and Local Government Committee on May 13)

    • Amendment S2884-5A (work group on probation/911 plans - passed by the Senate Finance Committee on May 13)

    • Amendment S2884-9A (combines Amendments S2884-3A, related to PERA SVF Plan amortization, and S2884-8A, containing the language of SF3467-Rasmusson/Frentz, making corrections, clarifications, and technical changes - which were both passed by the Senate State and Local Government Committee on May 13, and makes other changes suggested by the Revisor)

    • Amendment S2884-13A - will be posted as soon as it is available (benefit improvements and funding for public safety and teachers

    • Motion authorizing staff to make any necessary technical corrections

    • Adoption of SF 2884 (Frentz); HF 1889 (O'Driscoll/Lillie), as amended, as the 2025 Omnibus Pension and Retirement Bill
